  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 stalks of fresh Sunshine Sweet Corn, husked
  • 1 box of wild rice (I used Uncle Ben’s Fast Cook Butter & Herbs)
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • Flour tortillas


1. Remove corn from the cob (I used a cool corn stripper – see this link)
2. Cook wild rice according to instructions on box
3. In a large saute pan, brown ground beef and add taco seasoning (follow instructions on package)
4. Add to the pan the cooked rice and sweet corn. Mix together and let cook on medium heart for 3 -5 minutes
5. Serve and enjoy (we love it rolled up in tortillas or on its own!
