Grilled Corn with Sriracha Butter
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons Sriracaha
- 4 ears Sunshine Sweet corn, husks peeled back and tied
In a bowl, mix together butter and Sriracha. Grill corn until kernels are bright yellow and slightly charred. Spread butter mixture evenly over corn.
