Grilled Corn with Maple Bourbon Butter and Crumbled Bacon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 teaspoons bourbon
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 ears Sunshine Sweet corn, husks peeled back and tied
- Crumbled bacon
In a bowl, stir together butter, bourbon, maple syrup and salt. Grill corn until kernels are bright yellow and slightly charred. Spread butter mixture evenly over corn. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
