Grilled Corn with Honey Ginger BBQ Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1-1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 ears Sunshine Sweet corn, husks peeled back and tied
In a saucepan stir together vinegar, honey, ketchup, hot sauce, garlic, ginger and salt; simmer uncovered stirring occasionally until thickened and reduced to about 1-1/4 cup, 20-25 minutes. Grill corn until kernels are bright yellow and slightly charred. Brush BBQ sauce evenly over corn.
