Fresh Corn with Rosemary-Garlic Oil
Punch up your favorite oil with dried herbs for a flavorful combination to spread on fresh ears of sweet corn.
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary or thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 ears Sunshine Sweet corn
Preheat grill or broiler. In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, rosemary and salt. Place corn on grill or broiler rack, about 4 inches from heat source; brush with some of seasoned oil. Grill, turning once, until golden, about 8 minutes. Brush with remaining oil mixture.
